• Deep expertise and knowledge of a functional or subject area, such as (but not limited to):
- Marketing
- Sales
- Professional Services
- Customer services
- HR/Onboarding
- Further Education/Higher Education/Private Training Providers
• Understand performance management and can articulate the benefits to clients
• Have undertaken performance management projects or programmes
• Have developed their own methodology, content and training material
• Are looking to web enable what they do as a means of maintaining contact and to develop a recurring revenue stream
• Believe the next wave of supporting clients is through a deeper understanding of performance management
• Would like to have access to a software platform and methodologies that enable them to construct unique client specific performance management solutions that carry their own branding
